Bruce is a Paris-born chef who brings a unique perspective to sports nutrition through his French culinary training and NASM's sports nutrition certification. After moving to the United States from France, he combined his passion for food with fitness, specializing in meal prep services that help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Growing up hiking and camping in the mountains of Southern France, Bruce developed a deep connection to nature and physical fitness that evolved into weightlifting and eventually Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which he practices five days a week (on a good week).
Currently, Bruce balances multiple roles: creating customized meal prep for health-focused individuals, baking his signature olive oil cake on the weekends, and serving his community as a volunteer with the Mayor's Crisis Response Team.
Outside of work, you can find Bruce on the mats, passionately debating philosophy, or hiking the Angeles National Forest with his dog Storm.
Tommy is a US Army combat veteran who has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a combat medic. In 2012, he entered the performance world as a certified personal trainer focusing his efforts on MMA and BJJ athletes.
He holds a masters degree in sport and exercise nutrition from the University of Ulster in the United Kingdom, a postgraduate diploma from the Institute of Performance Nutrition, and a credential from the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
Focusing specifically on exercise metabolism and practical sports nutrition, Tommy combines his education in nutrition and sports science with his experience in competitive Brazilian jiu-jitsu and combat sports training.
Every Friday, Tommy teaches striking at Highland Park FC and works as a Special Projects Supervisor for an executive protection company. On his free time, he likes to spend time adding stamps to his passport, shooting street and lifestyle photography, and staying up-to-date with emergency/critical care medicine and all aspects of sports science research.
Tommy's most recent challenge is pursuing Physician's Associate school.
