How TIER 1 handles your information.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. We also store limited technical metadata such as consent timestamp, source page, user agent, and a hashed version of IP metadata for abuse prevention and consent records.

If you later purchase a plan, create an account, or complete onboarding, we may collect additional information needed to provide nutrition, training, coaching, payment, and app services.

We use newsletter information to send manifesto updates, useful tools, enrollment announcements, nutrition and performance content, and related TIER 1 offers.

We also use consent records to maintain compliance, prevent abuse, honor unsubscribe requests, and avoid sending email to people who have opted out.

Categories collected for newsletter signup: identifiers, specifically email address; and limited internet or electronic network activity metadata, specifically user agent and hashed IP metadata.

Purposes: newsletter delivery, marketing communications you requested, enrollment announcements, related offers, security, fraud prevention, and compliance recordkeeping.

We do not sell or share newsletter email addresses for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

California residents may request access, deletion, correction, or additional information about personal information we maintain, subject to applicable exceptions.

We keep active newsletter records while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a suppression record so we do not accidentally add you back to marketing emails.

We keep consent and compliance records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, and compliance purposes.

Commercial emails from TIER 1 will identify TIER 1 Performance Nutrition as the sender, use accurate subject lines, include an unsubscribe mechanism, and include required sender contact information.

We aim to honor unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain suppression records to prevent future marketing sends after opt-out.
