TIER 1 Portal Terms of Use

TIER 1 Portal is for athletes authorized through a TIER 1 coaching relationship. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, credentials, and account. You may not share access, probe the service, interfere with other users, or use another athlete’s information.

Plans, targets, recipes, education, and feedback are personalized coaching materials for the intended athlete. Availability may change as coaches update the plan or the coaching relationship changes. Unless expressly permitted, content may not be republished or commercially redistributed.

The app supports coaching and education and is not a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Tell your coach about relevant allergies, diagnoses, medications, pregnancy, injuries, and clinician instructions. Seek qualified medical care when appropriate.

You are responsible for information you submit, including profile details, photos, hydration, weight, notes, and pantry information. You authorize TIER 1 and your authorized coaches to process that information to provide and operate the coaching service.

We work to keep TIER 1 Portal reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, suspended, or retired for security, operational, legal, or product reasons.

You may stop using the app or request account deletion. TIER 1 may suspend access for security concerns, misuse, nonpayment, the end of a coaching relationship, or legal requirements. Data handling after termination follows the TIER 1 Portal Privacy Policy.
